Use Vst Plugins With Guitar Rig 5 Player
You may not be aware but Native Instruments, makers of cool hardware and software, have a free range of some of their flagship plugins. All these plugins are both PC and Mac VST and AU so will work with Studio One.
GUITAR RIG 5 is now loaded after an instrument on a MIDI track or on an audio track. The plug-in's user interface will automatically open for editing the instrument's parameters. To show or hide the plug-in in a floating window, press the Plug-in Edit button in the Guitar Rig 5 device pane. Guitar Rig 5 Pro is their flagship product in the amp simulator space with the Guitar Rig Player offering a free alternative with some basic functionality. Amps and Effects Library: All the usual suspects from Marshall, Fender, Orange, Peavey and Mesa Boogie are available – up to 27 amps.
