1. Shreddage 3 Free

Sup everyone! I know a number of people on NG have used my guitar sample library Shreddage, but when it first came out two years ago there were some complaints because it was only available for the Kontakt format. Given that Kontakt costs about $400 that was a little prohibitive.

So, I'm happy to say that we've now made both Shreddage and Shreddage Bass: Picked Edition available in SFZ format for a discounted price of $49. SFZ can be loaded into basically any sampler on any OS, including the free (and excellent) LinuxSampler VST plugin.

If you haven't heard of it, Shreddage is an electric rhythm guitar library for rock and metal. I've used it in my own video game remixes and soundtracks, and so have tons of other people. It's the most realistic electric guitar sample library around, and the least expensive. It even comes with a custom amp sim VST that you can use to customize the tone.
